How do we work?

Our philosophy is simple: we make it as simple as possible

Based in South Wales, covering principally Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot area,FMP Services are not about computer whizzes designing the latest hi-tech systems. The company was born out of the need for a sales manager (the founder) to generate his own reports when working with a basic Excel programme. Not being a computer nerd he was looking at ways to manage his data in an easy, logical way. What was needed was a way to convert all the rows and columns covering several pages, into something targeted at the detail that was needed quickly and accurately. As a result of research the original solution transformed the reporting process and allowed for very quick decision making.

Over the next decade the basic system was developed and improved to provide the complete CRM system that is now available. The development has always been user led, not IT specialist led, and therefore the non IT manager or director can very quickly get to grips with it to make their own life easier and more productive.
